Rides are provided and operated by independent, licensed amusement operators, and stalls and food vendors are run by independent businesses and community groups. These third parties are responsible for their own products, services and safety practices. References to, or logos of, sponsors and other organisations do not constitute an endorsement by us, and we are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from this site.

Food and allergens

Food and drinks at the fete are prepared and sold by a range of stallholders, food trucks and volunteers, including home-baked goods. We cannot guarantee that any food is free of allergens. If you or your children have allergies or dietary requirements, please check directly with the individual stallholder before purchasing.

Attending the fete

We take reasonable steps to make the fete safe and enjoyable. Attendance is nevertheless at your own risk, and children remain the responsibility of their parents and carers at all times. Please follow all signage and any directions given by event staff, volunteers and ride operators.

Photography

Photographs and video may be taken at the fete for school and P&C promotional purposes. If you would prefer that you or your children are not photographed, please let the photographer or a volunteer know on the day.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense — whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential — arising from your use of this website or your attendance at the fete. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
